When do I pay for a preorder? Full payment (either by www.paypal.com or mail) is required in advance to have preorder items reserved - preorders not receiving payment within 10 days will be cancelled.

Understanding Arrival Time 1: When a series is noted as due a particular month on an item listing - this means roughly between the first day of the listed month through the very final day of the listed month (1st - 31st). For example, July/Aug means between July 1 thru August 31. Still it is important to remember that all arrival dates are approximate - ufocatcher.com is not responsible for arrival dates. We can only wait for items to arrive and ship them to customers immediately upon arrival.

Understanding Arrival Time 2: Holidays: Please note that we are not able to guarantee the arrival of any series *in time* for particular holidays (i.e., if the "Est Arrival" is posted as "Dec 1 - Dec 31" the item may not be available for Christmas delivery). If you are seeking the arrival of an item specifically for a holiday or birthday please restrict your purchases to items marked as "in stock" or select a preorder series noted with an estimated arrival time of at least 2 months prior to the specific gift event.

Where did the listing go? Preorder items that have sold out will be marked as sold out- this will mean that orders for this particular item have ended and will no longer be accepted. If you have placed and paid for a preorder item & the listing is noted as "sold out" or "on hold" please do not be concerned - you reservation for the expected item has been secured (*see your emailed receipt for estimated preorder due time). Color Coding on Arrival: When a preorder series arrives, the box containing the item above will become blue. At this time the series will be scheduled to be sent to preorder customers on the next available shipping day. Manufacturer Production Discontinued | Lost Packages from Manufacturer: In the very unlikely case that a manufacturer decides to cancel production of a line or the cases from a series is lost or damaged by international insured mail in transit from the manufacturer: customers will be notified and preorders for the particular series will be cancelled. Payments received by paypal will be returned by paypal, payments by mail will be returned by mail. ufocatcher.com is a distributor not a manufacturer. ufocatcher.com is not responsible for discontinued production.
