Distribution shall have the
right to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for product
listed at the incorrect
price. Neotoys Distribution
shall also have the right to
refuse or cancel any such
orders whether or not the
order has been confirmed and
your credit card charged.
If your
credit card has already been
charged for the purchase and
your order is cancelled, we
will immediately issue a
credit to your credit card
account (via
paypal/billpoint) in the
amount of the incorrect
price.
Sizes:
Average ufo catcher plush
size is 6 inches to 9 inches
tall. Average DX (deluxe) ufo
catcher plush size ranges
between 10 to 15 inches tall.
When
sizes are given, they are
given as a courtesy only and
are approximate.
With
preorder items we are at the
mercy of the manufacturer or
dealer's given information
and are in no way responsible
for slight
variations in size. If there
is a large size
variation (4 inches or more)
larger or smaller, the
customer will be contacted
and offered the option of a
full refund.

We deal in licensed manufactured
goods. Images of items shown
are sample only. Because
products are factory mass
produced by the thousands, it
is common that identical
products with the same
pattern/mold and made with
the same process may still
vary slightly from item to
item.

Because plushes are fabric
and soft stuffing without an
internal skeletal structure
or solid plastic construction
it is not too common that
they are able stand without
support. Some items pictured
may be propped up so the
customer can have the best
possible view of the item.

Website Order and
Auctions: All sales
are final unless otherwise
specified. Defective
merchandise may be exchanged
for the exact same item
within 10 business days of
the invoice date. Customer
pays return shipping on all
services. Exchange for same
item must be authorized in
advance and return arrival
must be within 10 days of

Preorder:
There is a 20% fee on all
preorder cancellations. If a
refund is granted, this fee
will be deducted from the
refund sent to the customer.
Any fees incurred by payment
via Paypal will also be
deducted from the final
refund amount.

return the funds to you in
