An item is listed as out of stock, do you have any more of...?
Everything we have for sale is listed on the website. If an item is noted as sold out then the the item is out of stock and no longer available for purchase: we do not have any more. This applies to preorder items also.

If it's not listed there then we are not expecting it at this time, check back for updates.

Current Releases: Toys that are current (meaning produced in the current year and month) are reordered/restocked at the discretion of UFOCatcher.com staff. If it is possible and if we plan to continue carrying the series we will reorder it.

Out of Production (released prior to the current year and month) & Promotional Items: The option for reorder from manufacturer is not an option and the series is much more difficult to obtain. Although we continuously seek out out of production & promotional toys, when we are able to find the toys again it will be completely by luck and chance and there is no way to tell exactly when or if they will be found again or the price of the items.

 
I don't see what I'm looking for listed on the website or on the preorder/preview page - how do I buy it?
If it's not listed, we don't have it for sale.

 
The item is listed out of stock. Can you order more of ____ for me?
UFOCatcher.com does not accept or place any special orders for customers or employees. Please choose from the selection already available on our main site, preorder page or auctions.

 
Do you accept requests?
Customers are always welcome to request toys from a particular series to us. There is no guarantee that the series requested will be stocked or accepted for general search.
 
If a particular item is not listed on the website now does this mean that you will never get this item in?
No. We may have the item available at a later time, please just check back on the preorder/preview page or main website for updates.


 
An item is out-of-stock/not listed on your site, can you tell me where to buy this?
UFOCatcher.com is not a store locator service and does not have this information.

 
The item was listed as "in stock" but I received an out of stock notice. Why?
If another customer has ordered the final remaining item in stock item before you, you will receive an out of stock notice. If you have sent a payment by Paypal, your payment will be refunded at no charge to your paypal account.

Note that all items and prize releases from Japan manufactured before the current year and month are out of production. Supply on promotional or out of production items is always limited.

 
I placed an order on - - - can I combine with my order from another day and receive a partial refund in shipping?
My 2 orders/preorders were combined in package and sent together. May I receive a refund in shipping?
Staff are not permitted to send refunds for shipping unless the orders & payments are received on the same day (within a 24 period).

Although we do not mind combining orders to ship - many times even though orders are combined, the increased weight of a package will require the additional shipping in order to ship as well as additional staff time to process more than one order together.

Once an order is confirmed or credit card payment invoice sent, it may not be altered in any way. Requests to add items to a confirmed order, will result in those items being treated as a new, unrelated order.

This rule will apply to any orders not placed within a 24 hour period of one another.

 
I would like to check the status on an order I have placed or a payment that I have mailed in. How do I do this? What information should I include in my email?

1. name
2. address
3. method of payment (money order, paypal, etc)
4. item(s) ordered
 
I am trying to place an order. When I try to add items to my cart, nothing shows up. Why is this and what should I do?
